By accessing and using the FlixVision app and FlixVision Sync services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
FlixVision provides a personalized content tracking and synchronization service ("FlixVision Sync"). We do not host, provide, or distribute any copyrighted media content. Our service strictly synchronizes user-generated metadata (such as watch history, favorites, and settings) across your personal devices.
To use the synchronization features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Your data (favorites, watch history, preferences) is securely transmitted and stored using Google Firebase infrastructure solely for the purpose of syncing across your linked devices.
We respect your privacy. Your synchronized data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. If you wish to delete your data, you may clear your local app data or request account deletion, which will permanently remove your sync records from our servers.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FlixVision does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
In no event shall FlixVision or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the application.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
